How to set it up
- Lay a red towel or blanket across the floor or the coffee table as the carpet.
- Line up stuffed animals on both sides, facing the carpet like fans.
- Sit your elf at the far end and prop a paper sign that says WELCOME BACK! against the nearest stuffed-animal fan.
