Toilet Paper Snowman

Your elf built a snowman out of toilet paper rolls, then hugged him until he started to melt.

A 5-minute idea for The Elf on the Shelf® or any elf doll.

  • 5 min
  • No mess
  • Easy
  • All ages

What you need

  • three toilet paper rolls
  • a sock for a scarf
  • paper, a marker and tape

How to set it up

  1. Stack three toilet paper rolls, and pull the bottom roll's loose end out into a small puddle.
  2. Drape a sock around the neck as a scarf, and tape on paper buttons and a carrot nose.
  3. Sit your elf against the snowman with both arms around him, like a big hug.

Safety check

Build it on the counter or away from the path to the toilet, so nobody slips at night. With toddlers, use a paper nose and buttons: baby carrots and buttons are choking risks. How we check

An elf doll hugging a snowman of three stacked toilet paper rolls with a sock scarf, a paper nose and a toilet paper puddle at the base.

Note from your elf: Built a snowman! I hugged him so much, he started to melt.
